Updated Incoming Freshman for the 2020 Season.

Head Coach Jeff Monbeck usually visits all three Middle Schools in the early spring to meet with student athletes who are interested in participating in soccer at the high school. This year will be a little different with everything that is going on with COVID-19. We hope that everyone is staying home and staying safe. We hope to have all the information posted on our website.

We hope this pandemic is moved on by the time soccer starts but at this point, we just don't know what is going to happen. We will make adjustment to our schedule as needed. We usually hold a parent/player meeting at the high school but that will be postponed until we are allowed to have that meeting. We will update the website and twitter when we have a time and date.

It will be very important that all players are preparing the best they can during this stay at home order. It is strongly suggested that kids work out on their own as much as possible. This includes, running, ball work, and lifting weights. If weights are not available, body weight work outs are just as good. Push ups and sit ups are a great place to start.

In June, we usually hold strength and conditioning sessions 3 days per week. These sessions are held on the turf at the soccer stadium behind Magsig Middle School. We plan on having these as normal unless we are not allow to.

We will continue to update this page and twitter as we get closer to June and have more information.

We understand the anticipation to start your high school soccer career and will hope the information below will help ease some of that. The links below should offer all the information you need. Please feel free to contact head coach, Jeff Monbeck with any questions.

Expectations...
The success of the program over the years has come from the preparation and commitment of the players in the offseason Start working out and training NOW!! Don't wait in July to get in shape or you will find yourself playing catch up.

We understand players have a lot going on in the summer but we hope that everyone can make it to ALL sessions. Please know that everything in June and July is OPTIONAL. Take a vacation, work, do whatever you have to do. Once August comes, attendance is MANDATORY. To be considered for a team you MUST attend tryouts. If you make a team, ALL team/program functions are mandatory.

If you plan on playing another sport, please let the coaching staff know.

Required Paperwork...

Please print all the forms below. These forms are required to be turned. We will announce the deadline in July. I recommend getting the Physical in the spring. The school no longer offers physicals so you will have to schedule an appointment with your family doctor. Physicals are good for 1-year from the date of the exam. Please make sure your doctor completes the entire form. The date of Exam is important. We cannot accept forms that are incomplete.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD FORMS FROM OUR WEBSITE OR THE SCHOLL ATHLETIC WEBSITE UNTIL JUNE.
(The current forms are for the 2019-2019 school year and are not valid for 2019-2020)

Code of Conduct Form
Concussion Information Sheet

Players will NOT be allowed to participate if their paperwork is not turned in.
